Tom Sturges is a music executive, author, mentor, educator, inventor, public speaker, and divorced father of three boys. He served as president of Chrysalis Music and Head of Creative for Universal Music Publishing Group and has been an active Grammy member for over 30 years. Tom has authored five books, his most recent release, “A Good Divorce Begins Here” is about thriving through divorce. An oft-recognized mentor in the Los Angeles area, Tom has provided guidance and leadership and taught creativity to thousands of students in both LAUSD and MBUSD over the course of the last twenty years. He is a regular guest speaker and educator, currently teaching in the Music Business program at UCLA.
